Beach chairs can be accommodated on the ground floor, in the private closet of the apartment itself, no need to climb with them in the apartment. Covered parking space. We accept appointment to visit the property, The property is on the 1st floor and has a lift.

BOA ESTADIA porém com alguns inconvenientes

Avaliação do apartamento: o apartamento é amplo e bem cuidado e conservado, mas os utensílios de cozinha são básicos e com bastante tempo de uso. Sentimos falta de filtro ou purificador de água no apartamento. A tostadeira não funcionou e algumas bocas do fogão, não funcionaram muito bem durante nossa estadia. O ar condicionado de um dos quartos com beliche não funcionou, e também no quarto não tinha ventilador para amenizar o calor. Além disso na lavanderia, faltou varais suficientes ou uma máquina de lavar roupas para que comportassem 8 pessoas, como está no anúncio. A proprietária sugeriu adicionar uma diária na nossa estadia, porém não poderíamos aceitar porque voltaríamos ao trabalho no dia seguinte. Em contraproposta pedimos ressarcimento parcial do valor pago devido aos problemas enfrentados. Infelizmente, essa proposta também não foi aceita. Para encerrar: Recomendamos que a proprietária verifique o estado dos equipamentos e ofereça mais recursos para os hóspedes antes da chegada deles para garantir uma experiência agradável e sem inconvenientes. Além disso, é importante considerar as solicitações dos hóspedes em relação a possíveis compensações por falhas nos serviços oferecidos.

Viajei com minha família, mãe e meus irmãos/cônjuges, fomos em 07 adultos. Ficamos muito bem acomodados, o apto é bem próximo da praia da Enseada, em um ponto muito bom (região do Hotel Casagrande). Não precisa pegar carro. A proprietária foi extremamente atenciosa, desde a reserva até nossa saída; o zelador Marcelo também foi muito prestativo. Recomendo!!!

Tive um contra tempo com relação ao imóvel que reservei mas ao entrar em contato com o site Vrbo, prontamente resolveram meu problema e eu junto com minha família tivemos um ótimo final de ano num apartamento super limpo, espaçoso, aconxegante e próximo da praia. Lindo, limpo, pertinho da praia...

Alugamos do dia 02/01/18 ao dia 07/01/18, foi o melhor imóvel q alugamos para temporada, O imóvel é lindo, exatamente como na descrição. Fica a 2 quadras da praia, entre o morro do maluf e o aquário. Tudo no apartamento funciona muito bem. Fomos em 7 pessoas, todas se acomodaram muito bem e todos nós amamos a experiência. A Solange sempre foi muito atenciosa e o zelador do prédio também, sempre disposto a auxiliar. Concerteza voltaremos para este imóvel. Simplesmente amamos. Obrigada Solange.
