今次住A座18棟非常方便，樓下便是商場貫連地鐵站，每日清潔打掃，惟獨厠所浸漏長期有水在地上，如厠不方便，但樓下多食市，下雨也不用擔心，性價比高，下次也後會再入住。

所有房間並非集中在同一座大樓,房間是分散在不同大樓,如果訂不同類型房間隨時會分配於不同大樓入住,訂兩間以上則最佳是同一類型房間,請有心理準備隨時停水及電,因為房間是分佈於社區內不同的住宅大樓內,有些大樓(18棟A)公眾地方清潔度理想而(1棟A)則電梯相對污垢及有尿味.房間整體潔淨及沒有煙臭味. 這住宅小社區配套十分完善,在地鐵萬勝圍站上及附近有多線公車往不同地方.
