Overbooking issue needs to have the compensation. The hotel helped to settle down another much lower level hotel without partial refund is not a good way to make up the mistake of their overbooking.

This hotel exceeded my expectations, especially the check-in speed, which was a huge relief after a long trip. The front desk staff were polite and attentive; they made sure I knew how to use the room’s AC and even offered extra towels. The room was clean and tidy all around—no stains on the bedspread, a fresh-smelling bathroom, and a clutter-free nightstand. I had a very comfortable stay!

I can’t say enough good things about this hotel! The check-in process was so efficient—I didn’t have to fill out a bunch of paperwork, and the staff processed everything in just a few minutes. The front desk staff were extremely polite; they greeted me with a smile and made sure I knew how to use the hotel’s amenities, like the Wi-Fi and the gym. The cleanliness of the room was top-notch as well— the bed was made perfectly, the windows were clean (so I could enjoy a great view), and the bathroom had no signs of dirt at all. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way! Check-in was a breeze—no long waits, just a quick verification of my ID and I was good to go. The front desk team was warm and welcoming; one of them even helped me carry my luggage to the elevator when they saw I had a lot of bags. The room was impeccably clean too—there was no dust on the furniture, the floor was polished, and all the toiletries were neatly arranged. It’s such a great place for a comfortable stay!

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The check-in process was incredibly fast—they had my reservation ready as soon as I walked in, and I got my room key in less than 5 minutes.
