Muchas gracias alas sen̈oritas de el front desk siempre dando sus recomendaciones y ayudandonos con los tours y los taxis o tour privada k fue el mejor Alejandro nos llevo a Leon y Morelia. Excelente servicio de parte de el y muy atento, amable y super buen conductor. Sobre todo las fotos 🙂 Gracias. Todos muy amables en el hotel especial los de la cafeteria.

I loved staying at La Casona de Don Lucas! We celebrated our anniversary and we loved it. Staff were helpful and friendly. Their breakfast was good and with variety. They provided drinking water which is a plus!

La Casona de Don Lucas is a historical building, having been built in the late 1700’s. It’s beautiful, but be aware there is no elevator. The staff is very happy to assist with luggage. We were in room number 1, at the top of the stairs. It offers no view of the city, but is a very quiet room. It is spacious with two comfortable queen beds. It has a refrigerator, microwave & coffee pot. There is ample storage room and a safe. The large shower has lots of hot water. The hotel is located a few steps from the cathedral, centrally located to all historic sights & many fabulous restaurants. The staff was very helpful with directions, and arranged a fabulous walking tour of the city. Breakfast was included with the room. It’s buffet style, mostly Mexican fare. The coffee was generously served. We enjoyed our stay while we explored the beautiful city Guanajuato.

Judith at front desk check-in was very nice and professional. She gave us an early check-in which was very kind of her. The rooms are a bit out dated. The pillows are too flat the beds are out dated as well. The breakfast buffet is ok. The staff at the hotel are very friendly and professional. I would stay here again. The hotel is 7 out of 10

Beautiful hotel. We had a suite and it was a great size. The balcony view was very pretty and location very ideal. We ended up adding an additional night and they accommodated us in a different room and it was very nice as well.
