The view from the hotel is very good, friendly staff. The problem is that it's quite complicated to get to the hotel, by car, there's just one narrow street one way, which is the closest, after climbing or going down some stairs. By foot there are several stairs, streets, alleys to go up to get to the hotel, which is extremely tiring, take it into consideration. There is a free parking near by but, they mentioned it was already full, another option is a space where you have to pay around #350-450MNX and last option is to leave the car for free in another hotel same brand which is around 10min-15min by Uber. We choose this option and was the best since despite the hills, staies, etc, we walked around the city

Once you fine the hotel, it’s easy to remember how to get to it. :) The complimentary breakfast is amazing!!!! And the staff is so friendly and helpful. We can’t wait to come back. We stayed in the panoramic suite plus and wouldn’t have it any other way!

The staff were amazing. Very attentive and professional. On the day we checked out, our taxi didn't arrive. The lady at the front desk called another taxi and waited with us until the new taxi showed up. Our room was impeccably clean. The view was amazing and the location was perfect.

They need to let their guests know that if they use Google Maps and they're coming in from the direction of San Miguel de Allende, they need to go COMPLETELY around the mountain from the other side. It was a 45 minute detour with all the construction and traffic!

The hotel's location is very convenient. It is near tourist hot spots like the "callejon del beso" and the historic center of Guanajuato. The staff was also very friendly and helpful.

The place don't actually have parking, not recommend if walking and climbing are difficult for you. The view is nice , the rooms are ok . Don't get fooled by the free breakfast the worst thing you will ever eat.

Guanajuato is unique in its warren of tiny alleys and finding your way around takes some practice. Locating Hotel Corazon Mexico is no exception. Once established, the stay was pleasant, included breakfast was good, location is convenient - I would stay again.

Loved the location! We were close to the main area fir eating, shopping and fun, but far enough that we didn’t hear all the people partying at night! It’s a steep walk, but you get use to it fast and taxi/uber can pick up/drop off near the hotel entrance. We will definitely be back!!

On the website the hotel offered airport shuttle and when we arrived there was no shuttle available. Also they should list that the property isnt handicapped friendly. They should mention in order to get to property one has to walk a nice steep hill.
