Settle into a relaxed, family-friendly 2-bedroom, 2-bath house designed for simple coastal living. The main living areas give you space to unwind after beach walks and bluff-top adventures, with WiFi to stay connected when available. A kitchen and dining area make mealtimes easy, and the washer and dryer help keep gear fresh throughout your stay.

Step outside to a garden/backyard with outdoor seating—perfect for morning coffee or a casual BBQ. Parking is straightforward in the driveway, and EV drivers will appreciate the newly installed Tesla charger.

• Stairs: Stairs are required to access parts of the home. Please see photos for reference.

• WiFi & Cell Service: Due to Sea Ranch’s remote coastal location, WiFi and cellular service can be spotty or occasionally unavailable—this is common across the area.

• Parking: Driveway parking for up to 3 cars. A Tesla EV charger is installed for guest use.

• Pet Policy: We’re happy to welcome your furry friends! Up to 2 dogs are allowed per stay (combined weight up to 50 lbs). An additional fee of $75 per pet applies. If you are provided the option, please include your pet(s) in the guest count at booking. If this is not an option, please reach out to our Guest Experience team after booking to add your pet(s) and ensure the fee is processed.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.

• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.



Getting Around:

Location Logistics: Within about 5 minutes of 39205 Ocean Dr in Gualala, you can enjoy Gualala Point Regional Park (beach/bluff walks, picnics, whale-watching), the Gualala Bluff Trail (stroller-friendly ocean views), calm paddling on the Gualala River via Adventure Rents, Shell Beach (tidepools), Cooks Beach (sandy cove), and the Gualala Arts Center (forest loops and sculpture garden).
Make yourself comfortable in this vacation home, which features a fireplace. There's a private balcony. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Conveniences include a microwave and a coffee/tea maker.

This property was exceptionally clean. The furniture was comfortable and kitchen well-equipped. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of e tea pillows and blankets available if needed. This home was spectacular. The view is awesome and there are many places on the deck to sit and enjoy the sounds of the water. The location is convenient as no car is necessary to access the small town. Navigating the remote controls was a challenge but we had a tech savvy person with us who figured it out.

We had a wonderful stay at the Ocean Bungalow during our long weekend getaway. The view of the ocean from the deck was breathtaking, and the sunsets were truly mesmerizing. At night, watching the moonlight reflect on the ocean from the living room was such a peaceful and magical experience. The house was very comfortable, check-in was seamless, and the location was perfect with supermarkets within walking distance. It was a relaxing and peaceful stay, and we would love to come back again. Highly recommend!

You’re renting the location, and it’s fantastic. It may be the Northernmost most homes under Sea Ranch management. Smack in the middle of Gualala. NOTE: There is no cell service in town, so screen shot any check information you may need. There is a public wifi network, but it’s painfully slow. Afternoons in the back deck are wonderful. One of the chairs was broken and I told the property management. No problem. Strangely the headboard wasn’t attached to the bed, but it wasn’t a big deal. We enjoyed a lunch at the seafood shack (walking distance) and the Surf market great; they even do BBQ lunches. Great place to relax, enjoy the cool temps, listen to the waves, and recharge.

Beautiful View

An amazing stay! The property is spacious and love the decor. The location is perfect! A very easy short walk to the restaurants and shops. The surrounding area is full of trails, beaches and so many points of interest. It was raining the whole time of our visit but it didn't matter, it was even more beautiful watching the wild ocean and river from the giant picture windows. So relaxing. Extras everywhere! We had everything we needed and more... blankets, shampoo, conditioner, bodywash and lots of towels. Loved the make up wipes...Brilliant!!! Great WIFI! We got very lucky finding this gem...We found our spot.

Was everything it promised it would be

We were looking for a getaway at a peaceful place where we could stare at the ocean all day… That’s exactly what we did! The ocean front view from the living room windows were spectacular. The house is conveniently located to town and we enjoyed walking there each day. It’s very well taken care of and clean and has everything you need. Lovely clean house with a beautiful ocean view

The house was clean and inviting with a wonderful deck for sitting and dining. The kitchen was remarkably well stocked and we cooked several meals here. It was close to cafes and grocery stores and also still very quiet. It’s bigger than it seems— the sleeper sofa is in a separate room. I especially loved the deck and the sunroom off the deck that had super comfortable couches. I would go back!
