Enrique helped us check in and his service was excellent he accommodated us in our late check in. We had such a hard time before that getting a car and we were tired. he made us feel right at home when we came in. The room was clean and smelled clean. Overall great experience.

This was the second stay at the Santiago and it was good to be back. The hotel is in a great location for visiting historic Guadalajara and there is a vibrant night life in the surrounding streets. The staff are friendly and helpful and spent considerable time assisting me when travel plans unexpectedly changed at the last moment. A big thanks.
