I arrived at 1:30am from the airport, when arrive I was told they didn’t have my reservation even though I showed the payment. The worst part was that my mother is 85 years old and can barely walk so she was extremely tired by then. We were told that it was nothing they could do. My mother then started to demand a room and was given a room at the 4th floor with no elevator we had to take it cause she couldn’t walk any more. We struggle to climb the stairs just to find a room without hot water. It was really a bad experience

Great location! This hotel is a Historic charm. Closer to the Catedral, Relaciones exteriores office, mercado de san juan, shopping, restaurants, everything is withing ten minute walk.

It was horrible place to stay there because they did not honor Expedia reservation which I had already paid and Expedia did not help me because they were with. I don’t know whether company but it was horrible horrible experience.

I stayed at this hotel previously in 2017, and it was a completely different experience. Granted, the area has changed a lot, but the hotel still feels rundown from my previous experience, and it lacks basic amenities such as adequate illumination and essential items like pillows and towels. I believe it needs further improvements, especially now that the area is undergoing modernization.
