Great location in Centro, walkable to markets & historic sites downtown. Great service. Clean, comfortable beds & room. A couple chairs & desk/tables. In-room safe. Our room was quiet. The shower was spacious & good pressure. (We did find a big dead cockroach in the shower, and staff quickly came to remove it). The pool & pool area looked nice although we didn't use. Overall really pleased.

Good ambience with old world charm. Rooms overlooking the small pool with water fall was a delight. Room 108 has a small porch balcony with chairs which was a plus. Will diffently come back. Nice restaurant although I didn't have an opportunity to eat there.

One of the things I didn’t like was that when the cleaning lady came to my room they don’t refill toilet paper or other stuff we needed there and we had to ask for it. And in my balcony there were a nest of bees and couldn’t open my slide door.

Very nice old hotel in the historic district of Guadalajara. The staff were very friendly & the restaurant service was very good. The hotel itself sits on the site of a former 16th century convent with the original church still standing next door.

The parking structure is very tight. The queen bed was small and not very comfortable. The pool and jacuzzi were freezing. Pretty, old architecture, and very convenient location walking distance from the cathedral, mercado and san juan jewelry district.

Everything was walking distance from the hotel; it made it easy to visit several sites. I loved how the staff was friendly and respectful. The hotel is beautiful, a little outdated in certain places. A very particular odor coming from the walls was the only negative experience but otherwise I would definitely come back and recommend this place to friends and family.

The room need to be removed and they need better housekeeping new towels they were to old no mini fridge the pool is cold water and it was a jacuzzi but the water is cold, the person was very friendly. I had a ok experience.

The rooms need to be renovated they are in bad condition, rooms need to be cleaned better they need tu add a refrigerator The towels in the bathroom are too old. The pool has a hot tub but is cold water.
