The walls are very thin. I would recommend carpet throughout the hallways. When you use your card to enter your room it is very loud. Great location but LOTS of noise

Unfortunately, most of Guadalajara is dirty compared to US standards, and this hotel is no different. Also had little tiny bugs crawling all over the place! Wasn't bedbugs because we didn't get bitten while sleeping, but very concerning nevertheless.
