Had me waiting at the airport for an hour saying that they will pick me up. Horrible shuttle service. Female at the counter poor customer service. Location is really loud Employees are whistling shouting early morning could hear everything through those walls and doors. Terrible. Couldn’t sleep at all. Will never stay again!!!

The staff at the front desk was extremely rude and unhelpful. There was noise all night from people cleaning and opening and closing doors. Needless to say we had a terrible night as we didn’t get any sleep.

Clean room and convenience to airport. Shuttle is super helpful! Disappointing was the front desk staff not welcoming or friendly when asking for recommendations. Additionally, they did not give us the free wine that hotels.com said was included with your silver VIP stay

Convenient to airport and the shuttle was great. Basic low frills hotel. It was clean but had a strong smell of arse covered with perfume in our room. We could crack the window and run the AC/Heat and that helped. The complimentary breakfast was appreciated before an early flight but starting it at 6:30, not 7:00 would help for an airport hotel.
