The property is fine, and the location is right in the centro historico (which is extremely sketchy and full of homeless people). The worst part is the Valet. DO NOT USE THEIR VALET PARKING. They crashed our rental and denied doing it. They told us it was already like that. Lol As if we didn’t ever see our car and have pictures. Horrible and dishonest. And the hotel is very much at fault for they are the ones that charge for the parking service. Of course they refused to accept fault or issue any compensation. Horrible
