The hotel is pretty old, carpets have not been washed for years. Outside pool and jacuzzi out of service. Small pool is very cold to use, especially if you have kids. No microwave in the room or in Any of the common areas to use.

The air conditioner and bathroom fan need replacement. Shower water was cold 3 of the 4 days. The air conditioner would drop chunks of ice and make a shrieking noise. 2 of the 4 receptions staff were not friendly. They were not rude, just indifferent. Mgmt gifted us brunch due to the inconvience.

The stairs were killers and definitely not for senior citizens. No elevator to get to the restaurant. The jacuzzi and swimming pool were out of order. The buffet was great and the staff very kind.
