No air conditioning was brutal. The location was near the wine route. It had a lot of thing we could use but you had to leave things clean otherwise you get charge an extra night? That was odd. It was one of those hot days no air conditions, no fans and windows without screens was uncomfortable. We tried to leave the living room open but practically anyone could just walk in while you are sleeping so we really couldn’t have a good night.

Not so dog friendly. The hotel advertises pet friendly, but our experience was that dogs were not allowed into either restaurant on site, so we had to go out to eat. Not ideal after a five hour drive & one of the reasons we chose to stay.

Good value for money. For families, it’s nice to have a two BR apartment. With a car or a bike, it’s a great location for the Christmas markets and the vineyards. Warm pool and sauna are nice too.

Excellent place to stay for a day or a week. Very quiet, clean with everything one may need. Just a few minutes away from downtown Colmar and a nearby supermarket. A little gem !

Situated at the banks of the Fecht, this property offers larger units for families. Amenities include restaurant, parking spaces, breakfast option, pool & spa service, tour bookings, e-bike rental, trampoline, washing machines, complete array of vending machines. Service at front desk was professional, proximity to the scenic town of Ingersheim and many good bike trails (town, forest, farm acreage, Alsace wine route). Good location to explore Haut-Rhin & Colmar region from.

Adequate parking. Good amenities in room. Pool and sauna in good condition. However family of 5 showering when we get back and the hot water ran out by the 3rd person. Reception is closed and had to call emergency number. Given another room to shower in.
