Room was very clean and an amazingly quiet place.

Good location and decent hotel for the price. Room was clean. Beds were wonderful.

Perfect place for fishing on Grand Lake.

Hot tub was great, right on the water.

We very much enjoyed our stay here! The property was extremely clean and accurate to photos! We loved the access to the dock and had a great time fishing for hours. The dock is so nice and taken care of! Also loved that there are chairs on the dock to use. The beds were comfy, ceiling fan in the living room (necessity!) and even supplied laundry pods to washy our fishy clothes! The only thing I’d like to add is possibly the need for a de-humidifier in the home. It was a rainy humid weekend FOR SURE, but the house held a lot of humidity, despite me turning the AC down. Other than that - zero complaints, we’ll be back!

The room had an awful smell and I could hear my neighbor snoring through the walls so loudly that I thought we should have been on a first name basis. I could hear the tv from both my neighbors, which meant I couldn't sleep until they did. The ice machine didn't work and the snacks in the vending machine were cheap and stale. Breakfast was something I imagine is like you get in jail, as another guest said "this tastes like the eggs I got in prison". The staff was rude. When I asked for ice she said to go to the machine and when I told her it was broke, she said then there is nothing I can do for you. One thing I was pleased about, no bugs! My suggestion, and what I will do next time...get an Airbnb.
