The furniture is completely new and equipped with the main comforts. Composed of a large hallway, open kitchen equipped with all appliances, a triple bedroom with play area and a double bedroom, a bathroom with bidet and shower and a room of about 20 square meters with original nineteenth-century frescoed ceiling. The apartment is located inside a condominium with access from the street, inside the condominium courtyard there are two bicycles available, one equipped with a baby seat.
In the immediate vicinity you will find the city center and a beautiful pine forest, access to the public beach equipped for water sports and chalets that offer catering and bathing services.
