Great Location and Great for Families!

Overall we had a pleasant stay. The location of the house is within walking distance to the beach which is great! Also, it is within walking distance to the main strip and many stores which allows you to leave you car parked for your stay. The house is very spacious and well equipped. Having two full bathrooms is a great plus! One negative was upon arrival, the host informed us of "additional costs" due to the increase of the price of electricity, deep cleaning due to covid (50 euros), and 35 euros for sheets and towels. We even had to look at the meter upon arrival and make note of the kilowatts, which then would be compared to the kilowatts upon our departure and we would be charged the usage at 0.40euros/kwh. This was very upsetting and left a sour taste for the duration of our two week stay. Upon checkout, we had a discussion with the host and expressed our dismay. To her credit, she agreed that Booking should have done a better job updating her listing and claimed it was a translating error. She waived the additional fees and we went on our way. That made us feel much better!

Ottima vacanza

L'appartamento corrispondeva alle foto e alla descrizione. Ottima zona sia per la vicinanza al mare che al centro. È stata una vacanza rilassante in cui ci siamo goduti tantissimo il portico e, malgrado il gran caldo, non abbiamo mai utilizzato l'aria condizionata per la magnifica posizione in pineta che rendeva fresco l'appartamento.

Ottima soluzione

La casa é molto spaziosa e pratica, dotata di aria condizionata in tutte le stanze e tutti gli eletrodomestici. Molto comodo avere dun bagno su ogni piano e praticissima la parte esterna, sempre ombreggiata, con un ampio tavolo, barbecue e spazio per ritirare biciclette o passeggini e attrezzatura per il mare. Posizione ottima, immersa nella pineta, silenziosissima di notte e a due passi da lungomare e dal centro.

Vacanza rilassante

Bellissima proprietà, funzionale e silenziosa a 5 minuti a piedi dal mare. La casa è ubicata in pineta e risulta essere molto fresca, è dotata di tutto (manca solo la connessione Wifi, ma si sopravvvive benissimo anche senza!). La zona è molto carina e tranquilla - ideale per una famiglia con bambini. Tutto è raggiungibile a piedi (centro, parco giochi, alimentari, lungomare con bagni o spiaggia libera). La proprietaria è disponibilissima e risponde velocemente a tutte le richieste. Non possiamo che dare una valutazione entusiasta! Grazie ancora per questo bellissimo soggiorno!

La posizione della casa è ottima, sotto la pineta e al fresco ed è vicinissima alla spiaggia, sia attrezzata sia libera. I proprietari sono molto gentili e disponibili. Consigliato assolutamente !

Bellissima villetta in ottima posizione rispetto al centro del paese e al mare

La villetta è molto bella e ben tenuta, immersa in una bellissima pineta. Molto fresca (non abbiamo mai dovuto accendere l'aria condizionata). Si trova a pochi passi dal mare. Pulita e attrezzata come indicato. I proprietari vivono nella villa a fianco e per bisogni sono disponibili. In generale il giudizio è ottimo anche se il paese di Marina di Grosseto offre davvero poco rispetto al più rinomato paese di Castiglione della Pescaia, per cui se si cerca tranquillità e pace ok , viceversa è meglio dirigersi verso l'altra zona che è molto molto più bella e movimentata (locali, ristoranti ecc).

Ottimo appartamento

In una posizione tranquilla davanti una splendida Pineta. Vicina al mare e al centro del paese. I proprietari sono gentili e disponibili. Ci siamo trovati molto bene.
