Holiday Apartment 'Boven' at Timmeler Meer with Balcony and Wi-Fi

The holiday apartment Boven is located in Großefehn-Timmel, just a few hundred meters from the harbor and the beach. The 2-storey accommodation consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom, and can accommodate up to 5 people. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, heating, a smart TV with streaming services, a DVD player, as well as children's books and toys. A baby cot and a high chair are also available.



The apartment offers a private outdoor area with a balcony. The location is ideal for trips to the North Sea, Emden, or Norden. A supermarket and the beach are nearby, just 400 meters away. There is also a beach club, a playground, a dog beach, and various cafés and restaurants. At the harbor, you can rent boats, and the sea and canals offer many opportunities to explore the surroundings. Bike tours through the picturesque Fehn villages are also highly recommended.



The cities of Aurich and Leer are each about 15 km away. Parking is available on the property. Families with children and up to two dogs are welcome. Parties are not allowed. The stay is not permitted for construction workers or fitters. On weekdays, a later arrival time is preferred.
