Uns hat es ganz gut in Grömitz gefallen. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und sowohl die Promenade als auch die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Das Wetter hat leider nicht so gut mitgespielt.Geräuschempfindlich darf man nicht sein, die Wohnung in der ersten Etage war mit Familien und Kindern belegt und das "Getrappel" ist gerade am frühen Morgen nicht zu überhören.

Die Wohnung ist gut aufgeteilt, wir haben uns Wohlgefühlt. Der Wasserdruck sollte erhöht werden, das war zu sparsam eingestellt. Sonst alles bestens.

Jahreswechsel in schöner Umgebung

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub in einer sauberen, modernen FeWo. Jeden Abend gab es tolle Musikevents und zum Jahreswechsel wurde eine schöne Silvesterparty mit tollem Feuerwerk angeboten. Schöner Auftakt für 2025!!!

Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Es gab wohl neue Möbel, das Bett ist sehr bequem. Alles sauber. Alle Ziele in Grömitz sind in angenehmer Reichweite. Die Lage ist ruhig und dennoch zentral. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Empfehlenswert

Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war sehr nett. Dafür schon mal vielen Dank. Die Übergabe des Schlüssels erfolgt per Tresor, was perfekt ist und man völlig unabhängig von irgend jemandem anreisen kann. Großer Pluspunkt dafür. Die Wohnung ist für zwei Personen völlig ausreichend und vor allem tip top sauber. Die Matratzen sind super, allerdings wäre es cool, wenn das Bett 20 / 30 cm breiter wäre. Wofür es bei mir immer einen Abzug gibt, sind fehlende, bzw. nicht vorhandene Fliegengitter. Wenigstens das Schlafzimmerfenster und die Terrassentüre sollten meiner Meinung nach damit versehen sein. Was man schon in manchen Bewertungen gelesen hat, kann ich bestätigen, der Wasserdruck in der Dusche ist echt nicht gut. Shampoo aus langem, dickem Haar herauszuwaschen stelle ich mir sehr mühsam vor. Wir haben beide kurze Haare, und selbst mein Mann beklagte den minimalen Wasserdruck. Ansonsten ist es echt meckern auf hohem Niveau. Sollten wir nochmal zu zweit nach Grömitz fahren, kommen wir gerne wieder in diese Wohnung.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit allem was man braucht

Sehr schöne Wohnung, freundlicher Kontakt, alles perfekt. Von der scheinbaren Distanz zum Zentrum von Grömitz sollte man sich nicht täuschen lassen - von der Wohnung ist fast alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Ich war alleine hier, um einmal ein paar Tage aus dem Hamburger Stadtstress zu entfliehen und fand alles sehr ordentlich, angenehm, und rundum stressfrei.

Schöne kleine Wohnung, ruhig gelegen

Trotz durchwachsenem Wetter konnten wir die Zeit genießen, da die Wohnung alles hat, was man braucht. In den wenigen sonnigen Minuten konnten wir sogar die Terrasse genießen. Zu Fuß ist es nicht weit zu den Geschäften, der Promenade oder dem Zoo.
