This was one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed at in Georgia. Despite hot weather, the heater was running throughout the building. The lobby and dining area were extremely hot, making breakfast unenjoyable. The hallways were run-down with chipped paint and visible water damage. Both rooms I rented had leaking bathtubs and toilets, and the air conditioning barely worked in one room, leaving us uncomfortably hot. The staff was friendly, but the condition of the hotel was unacceptable even though we were told it was recently remodeled. Lastly? They advertised a sofa bed and we got a couch instead even though we had 6 guests in one of the rooms.

The blanket on the bed had a dirty spot on it. The refrigerator was leaning and a piece was hanging from the bottom. Also there was candy wrapper on the side of the refrigerator. The breakfast was not great and to top it off, the 2nd day they ran out of regular coffee, and the 3rd day they had no regular coffee.
