The staff did not honor my hotel’s.com reservation. I had to open up another reservation that cost me more money. The water was shut off for one full day because they were working on the water line. The heater in the room did not work. I checked out one day early and I don’t see a difference on my balance yet. I have disputed the charge. Please call me to discuss a refund !
