This is a two-family detached villa with garden and located in the heart of Lake Como with panoramic views of the lake and Bellagio. Ideally located and quiet area for walking in the natural park of San Martino. In the house there are all the amenities and is suitable reeds two families together as there are 4 bedrooms, two kitchens and three bathrooms. We owners are trying to do everything possible for the good stay of tourists, good holiday. Marilena

Lake como

Marilena’s place is a beautiful house. Very well stocked with everything you need. Both Marilena and her husband Edwardo were very kind and they even invited us to dinner. They served the dinner in their beautiful gazebo. They made the best pasta dish, wonderful salad, great wine and schnitzel. They gave us home grown cucumbers and tomatoes from their beautiful garden. The view of the lake from their house is breathtaking. You can’t ask for a better place than Marilena’s house in Lake Como.

La gentillesse de Marilena et Eduardo ainsi que le cadre paradisiaque de la location ont contribué à nous faire passer une excellente semaine de vacances. Nous avons laissé la voiture et pris souvent les bateaux pour visiter les communes du centre du lac. Nous reviendrons... À recommander sans hésitation !

La location correspond au descriptif, propriétaires accueillants et à notre écoute. Nous n'avons pas bénéficié d'un temps très chaud et dans ce cas il serait souhaitable d'avoir davantage de chauffage dans les salles de bains et les chambres du sous sol. Merci à Italo.

Grosses Haus mit gigantischer Aussicht auf See und Berge

Wir haben in diesem grosszügigen, schönen Haus an einmaliger Lage, wundervolle Urlaubstage verbracht. Die atemberaubende Aussicht auf See und Berge ist gigantisch. Das Haus hat allen Komfort, ist super ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Die Räumlichkeiten sind grosszügig gestaltet und es gibt einige schöne Sitzplätze und eine Terrasse mit wundervollem Ausblick auf den See und die Berge. Das Haus ist sehr kinderfreundlich und die Besitzer, die gleich nebenan wohnen, sind herzlich und sehr nett. Wir können dieses Haus allen empfehlen und freuen uns schon wieder hier unseren nächsten Urlaub zu verbringen.

Jolie maison, très bien située, accueil très chaleureux.

Nous avons passé un séjour de deux semaines dans la Casa Marilena, de très belles vacances au lac de Côme. Belle maison avec 3 belles chambres à l'étage et une salle de bain, un rez-de-chaussée cuisine, séjour, salle de bain et un sous sol avec une chambre et deux lits d'appoints et une cuisine également. Jolie terrasse et jardin avec barbecue. Table de la cuisine et terrasse prévues pour 8 personnes. Accueil très chaleureux des propriétaires qui sont vraiment gentils et serviables. Location idéale avec des enfants, nous étions 5 adultes et deux enfants et avons passés de superbes vacances.

Très bien

Nous avons passé deux semaines merveilleuses à la villa Marilena. Nous y étions en famille (grands-parents, enfants, petits-enfants). La villa est bien équipée. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et font le maximum pour que tout se passe bien. L'endroit est absolument magnifique( vue ☆☆☆ sur le lac ! )et permet la découverte de cette superbe région.

Accueil des propriétaires très chaleureux , qui ont été très attentifs à notre bien être. Une superbe vue sur la terrasse et un point de départ parfait pour de magnifiques ballades autour du lac de Côme.

Schöne Wohnung in toller Umgebung

Das Haus ist toll. Es ist sehr gut eingerichtet, es gibt alles, was man in den Ferien mit Kindern braucht und sogar noch mehr :-) Zudem ist es sehr sauber und mit den 3 Bädern und 2 Küchen sehr grosszügig. Rund um das Haus ist ein toller Garten mit Liegestühlen, Grill, Tisch, Stühlen, Kinderspielsachen usw. Die Aussicht aus dem Haus und vom Garten ist wunderschön!!! Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfreich. Griante ist ein herziges Dorf und man kann sehr viele Ausflüge machen, sowohl bei schönem Wetter, wie auch bei Regen. Wir hatten Autos dabei, was sehr praktisch ist.
