Lovely comfortable 1879 red brick farmhouse on 52 acres right beside Bruce trail.
Pool to enjoy during summer months and two kayaks for use. Beaver River is right around the corner to paddle down.
Wildlife,nature and birds galore.
Great area for exploring with quaint villages all around. Georgian Bay and awesome swimming just a short 15 minute drive away. This area also has many waterfalls to explore. Depending on the season, there is lots to see and each month offers something different. For e.g. fireflies in June. At night it looks like a fairy land. Spring peepers during spring and a great frog pond with assorted frogs during summer. Bull frogs serenade you at night. Property also has trails and two ponds. At night, you can hear a variety of owls and coyotes howling. The village of Kimberley is two minutes away.
