Lors de mon arrivée la chambre était propre, chauffée, mais un peu bas pour moi..., j'ai donc voulu augmenter la température de la pièce en agissant sur le thermostat..., ce dernier indiquait que le chauffage de la pièce était arreté..., je l'ai mis en route..., et la aucun choix possible..., le tactile du thermostat n'a jamais réagi...! Sur ce dernier..., soit la température demandée était de 23° (un peu trop chaud pour une chambre à mon gout mais pas le choix...!), soit je devait l'eteindre..., et ça sans savoir que la pièce allait refroidir assez vite, au point où il à fallu que je me lève en début de nuit..., allumer le chauffage..., me recoucher..., qu'au bout d'un moment j'ai du me relever à nouveau pour l'éteindre car il faisais beaucoup trop chaud..., et ceci plusieurs fois dans la nuit..., une nuit un peu désagréable...! Concernant le chauffage de la salle de bain, qui était commandé par un intérrupteur pour l'allumer pendant 7min en un clic, 14min en deux clics, et 21min en trois..., mais avec 1, 2 ou 3 clics..., il n'a jamais démarré...! Enfin..., le sèche-cheveux était à moitié déglinguer et évidemment..., il ne marchait pas...! Bon hotel..., mais qui à besoin d'une équipe technique plus sérieuse..., ou qui devrait faire appel à des pro...!!!

The room was clean and simple. USB ports and wash cloths would be appreciated. The staff was friendly and efficient. I had to leave early in the morning, so I did not experience the dining facility.

Room nice and clean and so good to have a proper desk with a good height seat and a bright desk light. So many hotel rooms are so dark. Food in the restaurant was very tasty. The only down was the heating was fixed at 20’C and it was a bit cold when sitting and working.

Excellent accommodation only ten minutes walk from Toulouse Airport. Clean, quiet and comfortable with a great breakfast. Staff were helpful and generous with my broken French!

I stayed only one night at the hotel, catching a flight from Toulouse in the morning. The place is somewhat difficult to find. Friendly personnel cannot hide the fact that the rooms need renovation, especially the bathrooms.
