Everything was awesome The worker was nice and polite. Everything was clean and refreshing. The food was awesome.

There is no elevator that I saw there? The staff was a little rude. The breakfast was mid, there really wasn't anything there. One of the women preparing the food took the ladle and plate that it was sitting on and scraped the sausage and gravy off the plate back into the container of sausage and gravy. That was disgusting.

If you are trying to book this hotel through Expedia, make sure that you show up 2 hours before check-in and that you call to see if they have received your booking. Because they did not receive mine and I had to stay there for 3 hours on the phone with Expedia customer service. Ended up not being able to stay. While there I learned that the elevator had been out since September 2025.

The room seemed clean until we sat on the couch, which also turns into a bed. It smelled like urine. Yuk! Coming from Texas, this room was definitely not worth $200+/night.

It was decent and acceptable

The room was absolutely disgusting. The shower did not work. I turned on the bathtub, but then when I tried to turn on the shower, it did not come out of the showerhead that was rust all over the toilet you could tell the building is old and needs to be redone.. you had people running upstairs all night long so I was up all night because I couldn’t go to sleep with all the noise from above me this was the worst thing I ever had and I will never come back as soon as I checked in they were rude as hell talking about give me your credit card, and they were dying their hair. She had a hairnet on because she just colored it black
