Hotel grounds are beautiful with good trails nearby. Beds are very comfortable, room is nice. Breakfast was OK, but for an upscale hotel, the breakfast should also be more upscale. Staff is very friendly and accommodating.

not to par of lasts stay. no complimentary proessco or macarons offered this time like i was 2 years ago.. no pre-arrival email that they said i would get 72 hrs before arrival. no idea why my roll was ridiculously far away. last time i came i didn’t have to surrender my ID and sign a contract before biking around the property. breakfast was fanatic however. stain on the carpet upon entering room. i also swore they used to offer robes but my memory could be wrong. still great, but questioning some interactions with staff and not quite as amazing as it was in Aug 2023

We really enjoyed the stay at Hotel Hartness. Arrived in evening after hike at Caesar’s Head. Very refreshing shower and pool after hike. 20 minute drive to downtown Greenville to walk around! Breakfast included was delicious! Tea Forte teas were a special treat. Morning bike ride on complimentary bikes and wake up swim!! Very refreshing!
