The biggest issue with our stay was the water pressure and the water temperature. We could not get hot water, only warm at best. Everything else was okay. Location was great.

Every staff member was very kind and welcoming. The room was clean. The only problem I had was the buzzing sound coming from some of the outlet hubs, but I just unplugged them when I slept. The breakfast was good and it was walking distance to the venue I was attending. It was a great stay

Everything about this property, except for the bed, was perfect. But the bed was so hard… SO HARD, I was ruined for the 4 long nights I was there, and I’m still recovering from that experience. But IF a concrete slab is something you are good with, this hotel is exceptional. Its location is awesome with easy access to shopping, restaurants, the highway to Raleigh & Durham. I’ve never stayed at a Hampton that didn’t have a wonderful bed, until this one, and all I can say is; I sure hope y’all fix that issue… Room 320 needs a bed, not a concrete slab!

The hotel was at a convenient location to be able to walk Main Street to check out the shops/restaurants. Walked to Reedy Falls Park and walked along the river and across Liberty Bridge. Parking was included and had no issues. Also, this was one of the better breakfasts provided - warm cinnamon rolls, pancakes, french toast, omelet and potatoes, along with other breakfast necessities. My husband and I are not coffee drinkers but they provided white and chocolate milk to drink - which was appreciated.
