When we arrived, the room key machine was broken. The desk clerk had to walk guests to their room to allow access each time but she was gracious and polite..not really an issue. We requested a late check out on Saturday due to a funeral that would end aroud 2 pm. We were granted till 1:30. all our family poured their luggage into our room. The "cleaning lady" threw a tantrum in the lobby about how we should have left and taken our stuff at check out time not knowing that some of the family was in the lobby while we changed clothes to ready ourselves to leave. she was classless and unkind. All the other workers were gracious and kind.

This may have been just poor timing but the hotel was going through remodeling, the doors didn’t work due to a card reader issue. The shower curtain allowed water to pour on the bathroom floor but that wasn’t bad as it was a very sticky floor anyway. Just seems to be poorly managed.

Perfect for an overnight stay

Some of the pictures for this hotel aren’t updated, so don’t let that deter you. I always stay here for work, and my stay is always pleasant. Staff ensures you are comfortable and accommodated properly. Beds are clean and very comfortable, and breakfast is AMAZING. This is not a 5-star hotel, but it’s perfect for an overnight stay.

Family stay

I made a mistake and ordered an accessible double room. I thought I was given the room because I asked for an early check in, but found out later that night I ordered. The room had a really bad smell when I walked in. I sprayed some spray I had but eventually the smell took over. My husband was not comfortable in there at all. The room need a lot work done look someone just been patching up. We stay here all the time and looks like each time it get worse.

super friendly and accommodating staff. Facility was older but staff maintained as best they could. Our Keurig did not work in our room, but there was coffee in lobby most of the time. Beds was very comfy and our room was clean. That is what matters.

We paid way more than we should have to stay one night at this property and it is absolutely disgusting inside. The fact that they can take this money to stay here in the state it is in - is beyond belief. The fact that this site is endorsing this property has me thinking to switch to another site. The rooms are filthy. There are stains all over the chairs, the curtains have huge holes/runs in them, the sheets are stained and the head boards are nasty. Housekeeping should be fired. The property looks run down, loose screws, mold, horrible paint jobs, it's an abomination. If you think you are paying a little extra to stay in a nice room, think again. This place is completely vile.
