The public parking garage beside the hotel is confusing. You check in and on floor 4 of the hotel which is level P6 of the garage. The signage in the garage needs to be improved to help first time visitors to the hotel. The elevator inside the parking garage was very dirty. We realize it’s not owned by the hotel, but it doesn’t give a great first impression. We loved the our room location which was next to the pool. There were cool lounging chairs outside.The shower in the bathroom had mold in several spots and needs a deep cleaning. The bedding was comfortable and the lounge was great. The location is also great for being in the heart of downtown Greenville.

The hotel is in a great location, walking distance to so many restaurants and even the Bon Secours Wellness Arena, where we went on our trip. Great service, the room was amazing. Will definitely be staying here again.
