Lisa was amazing! She took care of an issue created by Expedia not paying the correct location. She was extremely professional, and fought for us, even though she didn’t have to. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great!

The hotel did not have my reservation I made with hotels.com. Luckily my uncle had an extra room otherwise I would not have been able to stay and missed my uncle's funeral. I had the confirmation number and showed the reservation on the app. Still would not honor my reservation.

Nice sized room. Bed was very comfortable. The shower was unique in that the showerhead was on the opposite wall of the handle. The showerhead was very high up, so it would accommodate very tall people. We did hear trucks as they passed, but it was not overly noisy.

The air conditioning unit was very noisy. I could not sleep due to the noise of the unit turning off and on throughout the night. We only stay a few hours to get some sleep so we didn't use any of the facilities or eat the free breakfast so I can not commit on these.
