Property not kept up well. Housekeeping took towels, but did not leave fresh towels. When asked to get some first told they were out of towels. Some of the desk staff was rude. I observed racial- profiling for African-American people entering the breakfast room. I could go on and on.

There is NEVER anyone at the front desk. Neither the a.m. or p.m. reception staff even got off their chair! Curtain valances are falling down. There was some weird piece of plastic laying over the surface of the bathtub. Couldn’t sit in the tub. Very comfortable beds. We appreciated ice machines on all floors.

Check in was completed on line but when I got to the front d esk the young lady spent 5 minutes scanning the computer screens I finally asked if there was a problem then she ran back to the office to see her manager. It took 10more minutes to get my key card. h

facility clean, staff nice. Issue- went to the "restaurant" and was suprused to encounter a $5 per person cover charge in order to go i n to eat and have a drink. Then an automatic 18% tip was added. I was told that this is only on weekends. Which still makes it very odd an unacceptable. Do not advertise a restaurant if it is a club requiring a coveer charge. This is definately not expected from a Wyndham affiliat.
