Security

Please bring back security walking the property at night. Too much activity in the parking lots going on and unsafe. Looks like prostitution and drug deals. Security used to walk the grounds and made it better. Too many people hanging out that don't even stay here.

After a 13 hr drive, we were exhausted and get there to find out they had overbooked. The staff said they contacted me in the morning but in reality the voicemail was left at 1:15 pm while I was still in route. It was very disappointing.

Be careful , I won’t book there again!!

Well, we never stayed. I booked 4 rooms for a National Track Meet a few weeks in advance. While sitting in the airport on our way I received a message telling me that they cancelled our rooms and gave us just 2 rooms and both were singles. So I along with another coach are in the airport with 4 teenage boys and having to try and find another place to stay which didn’t happen until around midnight.

WORST MOTEL IN AMERICA

Everything about it was horrible and room service is not helpful and has an attitude about everything. Their rooms were nasty and had roaches. They had terrible house cleaning and was over priced for having no breakfast. 1/10 would not recommend to anyone as well as the staff are flirtatious and homosexual and will try flirt with certain guests and allow all type of illegal activities happen where kids and teenagers congregate

Where to even start. This place was a nightmare. The rooms were disgusting. I booked a premium room- and also called in advance to make sure it came with a sofa. Upon arrival - there was no sofa in the room. The sheets were stained with hair in the bed, and looks like nothing was ever cleaned. The people who stay there long term were extremely sketchy and openly sold drugs in the parking lot. There was a light that after we turned it on, wouldn’t turn off!! The first night we hardly slept because it was so bright. When we told the front desk the lady just said maintenance was gone for the day and that there was nothing they could do. On the second night the people staying in the room above us came back and it sounded like animal planet up there if you get my hint. Then last night around 3 am a domestic violence even occurred in one of the rooms by us. It started with a man yelling and what sounded like he was trying to kick the door down. Then a woman came out and they proceeded to yell and scream at each other for about 25-30 minutes. At one point he even said he was going to get a weapon. It woke up my daughter. She was so upset and crying thinking someone was going to hurt us next. We thought that the kitchen would be a nice but the stove wouldn’t work and the microwave door wouldn’t open all the way. If you have a family PLEASE do not make the same mistake we did - this place is disgusting and dangerous

Requested a non-smoking room and given a dirty smokey smelling room, with dirty hand towels and broken A/C and window sash. Totally unacceptable conditions that forced us to endure a night of regrets. Rude front desk worker offered a refund with no options at the last minute for alternative overnight stay arrangements. Fast food thrash was scattered on steps to room and parking area. Would not recommend booking this facility if it was the last available property.

Cheap but uncomfortable

I don’t want to paint this MOTEL in a bad light but the fact is, I arrived at 3am to be given a dirty ass room. Sorry for the French. But it literally looked like the room has been run down for years. When I went to check the bed, a roach literally flew out of the blanket. The customer service however was good m. I got a new room, that was still a bit dirty but way better than the first room. However, when I went to sit on the bed, the entire headboard came out of the wall🙃 then the maintenance guy wanted to come in at 9am to fix like, like hello??? Can I sleep? But other than that, the stay was fine. Only stayed for 2 nights so I was able to deal and manage. But this place is definitely not hotel but a motel.

Good. Great price!

The first room I got was bad and had several issues like a bad smell from a dog and no ac but the girl at the front desk was very nice and accommodating and switched me to a different room in another building. So it was fine. Great place to stay if going to Ziggys because it’s not too far. Good price also. Thanks and I will return!

Dont stay here.

We arrived late. There was a man hanging out by tge front door, we could smell tge skunk weed when we passed him. We entered he followed, he was the Front Desk c/i, he asked us to sign a no smoking rule, the irony. My gut was saying leave, but it was late, we had just driven 8.5 hrs from Orlando, FL. Went to the room, the bed was surprisingly comfortable. We stayed. Morning revealed how filthy everything was. There was an unequipped full kitchen, stove was caked with grease inside n out. Bathroom sink n shower was clogged. Informed front desk, maintainance was sent. Massive hunks of hair were pulled from drain, alongvwith a diamond ring which maintainance took. His helper told me it was worse over there, and this was the better part of the property. He pointed out tge bullett holes in the siding. We got our things, loaded the car, checked out. The Mgr was upset that we didnt pay the $10 pet fee. I said I had the pets in the res request. I nformed her night shift front desk person was stoned, i assumed the pet fee was in the total prepaid. I refused to pay it. Her attitude changed. She said to fisregard the fee. I eould have to go through Hotels.com for a refund.

Check in was friendly and fast but the pictures on the site is very misleading! A lot of trash everywhere. My room was dirty dead roaches and although my room was non smoking it smelt of weed and cigarettes!
