The room is comfortable. Beds are comfortable with soft sheets and plenty of towels. Great location to airport and also downtown Greensboro. We always enjoy staying here !

The first room was nice and clean, but I had asked to be on the same floor as my family member whose room I had also reserved and paid for. The staff gave me another room on the second day and they were very gracious. The food was great on the breakfast bar. The rooms were clean. I paid in advance for both rooms and asked for a receipt. I saw that the charge for my room was about $130 less than Expedia quoted and what I had already paid. If I had not paid up front, I could have saved $260 or more.

Yhe staff was amazing as soon as we walked in the door. The gentleman cleaning and mopping was also friendly. Great customer service. Our room was dated. The carpet was dirty. The ceiling in the shower was dirty. The chair to the desk was peeling.
