I have to give 5 stars for the price! The property should be condemned. If OYO's plan is to buy up these properties and put in the absolute minimum to renovate then charge the cheapest rate in town it's working. Lesson learned with OYO properties in Greensboro.

This is not a safe or comfortable or clean hotel. It is sketchy, uncomfortable, run down, and dirty. Our room didn’t even have a trash can or work

Room was not as pictured on line. One bed was partially made, curtains had holes in them and it seemed as though this hotel is used to house people for long term stays.

Don't bother

The room was dirty when we checked in. We had to ask for clean sheets and change them ourselves. No one ever cleaned the room during our stay. We had to clean and disinfect the room. It looks nothing like the pics. Don't waste your time or money.

The up keep of the room was very offer if y’all checking the condition of the room when they are Cleaning them you will see what I am talking about because it have a lot of maintenance issues. And it will be a nice clean room with no problems.

Most unsafe I left in my life. My bed was dirty and had crumbs in upon my arrival. There were dirty towels Hemings in my bathroom and the room had no heat.
