Theater, heated pool/hot tub near HPU/Market

I lived in this home for 10 years after returning home from the war in 2003. It has been upgraded with an amazing custom tile shower, a 10-foot movie screen, and a great patio/pool area. The hot tub can be turned on at the guests' request as it requires the gas to be turned on ($25/day). During the winter months, we offer the pool to be heated. It is a $75/day charge for the gas and we require a 3-day stay for that service. Each TV and the projector are hooked to Android smart devices. There is a TV in the primary bedroom, the front living room and the projector downstairs by the wood fireplace. The patio is equipped with an outdoor stereo with Bluetooth. We have a grill outside for the guests as well as patio furniture. The home has high-speed fiber internet.
