The bathroom includes a jetted shower with an exhilarating rain shower/waterfall option, towel warmer and a hair dryer for your comfort. The living room boasts a 65" TV with surround sound and reclining sofa while the main Master Bedroom has a 55" TV. Step out to the rear patio for some R&R and cozy up to the Fire Table or do a little grilling. Want to go for a swim then just walk across the parking lot to the clubhouse! Perfect for HPU or Furn Mkt guests or a romantic getaway.

Check out is at 11:00 a.m. a $20 fee will be applied for checkout past 11:15 a.m. and charged a full night for unauthorized Overstay past 12:00 p.m. which does not award you possession of the property
If the "Overstay" causes a future reservation to be refunded, you the guest will be responsible for the full cost of the reimbursement
