The staff was friendly and the room was a good amount of space and clean. The only problem was the pool was closed during our stay because the thermostat was broken. So if having access to the pool is important, you should call the hotel to make sure it’s fixed before booking.

Whatever you’re telling those front desk receptionist to make them keep such positive attitudes keep it up! They were very polite and personable. The room was nice as well but customer service goes a long way.

The staff and lobby was nice. They offer breakfast and the rooms are spacious. However, sadly our room smelled like mold and the room was incredibly worn it. It looked like someone was living their long term and did not take care of it. The carpets were dirty, furniture was broken, AC unit machines were not functioning properly, and a few other things. The staff really tried to help but there were many other back up rooms available due to the holiday weekend. The room just felt dirty and unpleasant. Wouldn’t stay here again.
