Parking was plentiful and FREE unlike other hotels in different places. Front desk syagf was great, bothh friendly and warming. Not so much of the other staff members.The biggest setback was the charge for a simple complimentary breakfast. I habe stayed at plenty of Marriott properties and NEVER been charged for breakfast. Other than that, great stay and would revisit

Staff was courteous and amenable. We had a fridge that was thick with the ice in the freezer section and when we told them about it, they had no problems bringing another fridge in its place. There was also a moment when we got locked out of the room in a weird way. The hoop latch caught on to the protruding hook and locked the door from the inside on the way out. We told them about it and they came to our assistance really quick and also had a tool for it solving that problem in less than 10 minutes.

If it weren't for the staff, we would have gone home. This was our 3yr anniversary/honeymoon for the weekend and the experience was more stressful than restful. Our keys didn't work and we were locked out for almost two hours. Had to move rooms bc our TV didn't work AND the keys didn't work. Got to the new room and the TV nor refrigerator worked. The staff gave us breakfast for the weekend and busting their humps to make sure we were taken care of. Michael, Rosa and Ms. Nikki are amazing and they took great care of us despite all the stuff we went through. Jerry the assistant manager was very rude to us when we told him about our problems and brushed us off like we weren't important. We're it not for Michael and Rosa, we would have left that morning... Staff... A++ Room and assistant manager Jerry... F

The room my family and I were given had the door cracked open and tv on which was alarming. Once safely inside we were met with a freezing room and realized the issue… the door did not shut. We requested another room and were once again met with frigid temperatures in the room, but this time a shower that looked like it had never been cleaned. Being exhausted, we simply covered the shower floor with towels, took our showers and went to bed, but we will never return to this hotel. We only selected this hotel based on ratings, but the ratings were inflated.

Overall great stay, was there for one night but hotel was updated and room was clean. Everything was great from check-in to check-out. Only issue I had, which was minor was the bathroom toilet took an extremely long time for the tank to refill, so the noise from the water filling lasted a good 20 mins. It wasn't a major issue, and I could barely hear it over the television, but it was there.
