Zero Communication

We received zero communication from the property owner regarding the check in procedure, access code, etc., despite numerous messages sent. There was zero response. We had to escalate the issue to VRBO and they were also unable to get in touch with the property owner. This resulted in our reservation being cancelled the evening we were supposed to check and scrambling to find alternative accommodations last minute.

Not good

I was not giving the full details on getting the key our knowing what unite was mines. Tried calling the host and then she hung up on me. Tried calling 2 more times and went right to voicemail. I had to call Vrbo customer support just so they could contact her. I could not get the apartment that I had already paid for. So we did not have a place to stay and had to drive back home. I had my 4 year old son with me and thank god that I did not live that far from Greensboro or we would of had no where to sleep. It all could of been avoided with just a phone call or a message.
