When we checked in the front desk attendant was very nice and helpful. Unfortunately when we checked into our room it smelled of marijuana and the sheets were dirty with hair and mascara stains. There was also a corona bottle cap on the floor. When we were waiting for our Uber to leave for dinner we were aggressively cat called and noticed the amount of people loitering in the parking lot. We got in our Uber and then decided to come back and change hotels due to feeling unsafe and the lack of cleanliness in our room. My friend was cat called again when we returned and was followed by someone in the parking lot. She talked to the front desk and he offered to switch our room, she said we would rather just check out because of how unsafe we felt. He said he completely understood and said he could refund us if we wished. Since I booked through Expedia he said I would have to go through them. It’s been 4 days and Expedia is now saying they are declining the refund. I would not recommend this place.

The room was comfortable and clean. Comfortable bed. Large TV, heating & air working fine. Bathroom comfortable & clean, and plenty of hot water for the shower. Needed a microwave oven, so I could pop popcorn. The breakfast was good, but ran out of waffle batter, and I only had half a waffle. The one, really odd thing was... the interior hallway is extremely long and undulating. There are no steps although the building is higher on one end than on the other. The hallway floor just sort of rolls along rising or dropping. You are either walking down a very long hallway, or walking up a very long hallway.

I loved this lighted, heated bathroom mirror. The middle doesn't fog over when you are taking a hot shower.

Don't Expect Much--cheap for a reason

Room smelt of Marijuana. Stained(lipstick) bedsheets with numerous human hair. Restroom that was my main concern was actually nice.

For the price it was decent I would come back. The hallway is musty smelling the carpet needs a good deep cleaning. My toilet seat was broken. It was just laying on the toilet. That’s disappointing because cleaning service shouldn’t miss that at least I hope not, and they should’ve had it fixed before issuing the room. I also noticed that the towels were a little damp. Did not feel really safe, there was some cars in the parking lot with young kids just sitting in the cars hanging out and I was worried about my car getting broken into. So there was some loitering going on also. I ended up moving my car to an opened lighted area.

The front desk lady that was there Saturday and Sunday on 5/17/25 and 5/18/25 was very nice and professional. She accompanied all my needs with no problem and she should get a raise. Her attitude was very pleasant
