Granite counter-tops, subway tile backsplash with a huge peninsula large enough to fit all your guests in one space. LVP Commercial grade flooring throughout the entire home, so you don't have to worry about messes that come along with traditional carpeting. Bedroom 1 on main floor has a king, the other two bedrooms have queens with comfortable linens. Cordless cellular blinds throughout house. High end sofa sleeper pull out in living room to accommodate large groups. Basement is super clean and just finished. 4th bedroom in basement with king size bed, egress window, with 2nd full bath. Sofa Sleeper in basement as well with large area to entertain.
