I’ve been booking stays here for a long time. The price, cleanliness, and amenities are wonderful. Everything was great except the front desk employee, Angela. For a while, it was just her unfriendly attitude and face expressions, which I chose to ignore, because I really liked the hotel. On my last stay, Angela informed me that i needed to leave after I already paid for the night. My husband went to the front desk before work that morning to renew the keys after paying online. The employee told him to come back after work & said if it’s after noon that’s ok. So at noon Angela came to our room & opened the door without knocking and said I have to go because I didn’t renew my keys by 12pm. I tried explaining but she wouldn’t allow me to. I also was not refunded my money for the night. It’s very disappointing that Angela is actually a manager and conducts herself in this manner.
The evening shift front desk employee (I don’t know her name) is fantastic in every way. She’s there almost every night! You rock!!!
