Room was clean. Very pretty. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was wonderful. Pool very clean. Only note would be a better mattress and pool temp and hot tub temp up a bit. We will be back. And have already recommended this hotel.

Pool & hot tub were not clean. Pool water was foggy and super dark. Hot tub needed to be screened over. The staff were friendly. The bed frames were metal, so if your foot hit the bottom it was loud. Pillows were too soft & flat. The water pressure was one of the worst I’ve had. If you’re staying for a game, make sure to ask the exact shuttle location for pick/drop off. Overall, it was clean. Some plane noise. Not bad.

The check in went quick and efficiently. The front desk person thanked me for having my credit card and drivers license out and ready. The room was pretty standard but was clean. The breakfast was your typical hotel buffet. The only thing would be to have more room. But to be honest I have never seen a breakfast area so crowded before and I stay at lots of hotels. Staff helped us find the breakfast area before we even asked which was really helpful.

The pool area was a mess and a nightmare for me and my spouse. I get that it was completely booked for the night and the pool area was gonna be busy but there was serval alcoholics in the hot top that kept drinking beers in the hot tub over crowding it while drinking. Told management, they came to have them dispose of beers. Once they left they continued to drink in hot tub laughing and being obnoxiously loud. We had to wait for almost 20 min to get in the hot tub which was the only reason we came to the Hotel J in the first place. Ontop the fact big kids kept cannon ball jumping into the pool on the deep end, getting us soaked in the chairs, our phones and spare clothing. Even watched a speech impaired family using sign language through a computer getting splashed and frustrated their laptop and that they kept getting wet. Was way over crowed and rules about alcohal seemed to not apply. Staff was friendly and nice room was ok. Bed was rough. But pool people and managing it was terrible.
