Disliked: Cleanliness
The property itself is nice. However, the cleanliness of the property in our opinion was unacceptable. The kitchen was by far the worst. Dirty microwave, dirty drawers, shelves not dusted and the oven didn't appear as if it has ever been cleaned.Other items noted, other areas not dusted, cobwebs in the sills of windows (especially bad in the basement), trash on the floor and counters of the laundry room, laundry still in the dryer and a number of other items.The company offered to have a cleaner come out but we declined as we had already unpacked our belongings and began to clean the kitchen. We also were not comfortable with someone coming in with all of our belongings there.Due to these things we requested a refund of the cleaning fee as we cleaned a lot of the property ourselves. Only half of the fee was refunded as they indicated some items were "deep clean" items such as dusting. If you rent this property, do yourself a favor and check cleanliness thoroughly before unpacking and contact the company immediately.
