Two-bedroom apartment with private entrance. This private space is only a 2 minute drive from the Gravenhurst wharf, farmer's market, a park/beach and several restaurants/shops. A great location, whether you're a family or a small group looking for a getaway to the country while still enjoying the benefits of being close to a town centre.
Free wifi, smart TV with HDMI hookup, and electric fireplace. Main bedroom has a desk to work at for those travelling for work.
Exterior renovations currently underway (no siding, no landscaping).
This is the main floor of a house; upstairs there are two toddlers and a dog (approx. wake time 7-7:45. Though rare, earlier is also possible). Please be aware you may hear noises from the dog and children walking upstairs! The dog may noisily 'say hello' from upstairs when you arrive but will settle down.
The unit is heated with a cozy gas fireplace that can be turned on or off by guests to your own comfort level. There is extra electric heating in each bedroom should you like a warmer bedroom at night. In the summer there is AC.
