Our spacious mother-in-law's retreat includes an outdoor hot tub, dining area and BBQ. The unit is directly across from the Empire Mine Penn Gate entrance with 800 acres of walking trails, less than one mile to downtown Grass Valley & four miles to downtown Nevada City. You can enjoy wine tasting, taprooms, art galleries, restaurants, boutiques, hiking & biking. Swim, fish, and play on the Yuba River & too many lakes to list. Relax, dine and play
There's a private patio. A kitchenette is outfitted with a refrigerator and a microwave. Complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected, and a Smart television is provided for your entertainment. The bathroom has a shower and a hair dryer. Conveniences include a coffee/tea maker and an iron/ironing board, and housekeeping is provided on request.
