Overall rating mostly stems from having a kangaroo staying above us who jumped continuously till almost midnight. A front desk clerk that would not answer the phone. The breakfast was part of subpar. The prefabbed, folded eggs tasted really bad and the sausage was equally as bad. On the good side, the hotel seemed clean. The beds were comfortable and once my white noise app was able to cover up the constant jumping above us, I slept well.

The fan did not seem to work so the room was a bit stuffy and noise from the room above at 5AM was annoying. A person walking back & forth was very loud . Next time I would ask for atop floor. Location is great, property is well maintained and the staff members were welcoming and helpful.

The breakfast seemed better the last few times my husband and I stayed there. We’ve been there a few times while visiting family and the staff is always friendly, rooms are clean and beds comfortable. We were put in a handicap room though which was not the best. The shower head wouldn’t stay up high enough and we had a pedestal sink so no counter space for our things or for me doing hair and makeup. But overall we like this Holiday Inn and would stay again next time.

Hotel is nice. Staff is great. Rooms were nice and clean but the room noise from neighbor was pretty wild. Loud conversations thru the walls woke me up in early morning. The room doors slam like a vault too. Bring a noise machine.
