Apartment bathed in light, design seen from the sea, strategically located in the heart of Granville opposite the fishing port.
Everything is done on foot, thalassotherapy, beautiful walks on the coastal paths, the beach, the sailing school, the stars to get away from it all on the Chausey or Channel Islands, go shopping and of course feast on the good Granvillais restaurants. For the little extra you have the enjoyment of a beach cabin from June to September.
The rental has a large space open to the living room, dining room and kitchen. it has been completely refurbished.
The kitchen is fully equipped and very functional as well as the bathroom.
The apartment can accommodate 4 people.
In the bedroom The bedding is new like the sofa bed in the living room plus a baby cot.
If you want to rent the linen, the kit is 30 euros and cleaning 30 euros.

Good apartment centrally located but let down by a number of factors

We enjoyed our stay for 3 nights end of March but were let down by a number of factors in the control of the owner ie. 1. No reply received to 4 messages sent to the owner over a 4 week period until the day before we arrived. 2. Only 1/4 of a toilet roll provided. 3. We had to make up the bed. 4. TV had a moveable aerial which we had to balance on a box in the window to get reception. Only limited local tv channels provided 5. Only perfunctory information provided. In addition parking was difficult as the car park on the quay was often full during the day. Apart from the above the apartment was well equipped and was in a central location within easy walking distance of the town centre.

Appartement bien. Tout ce qu ils faut.. Le seul petit problème. Les lampadaire de la ville allumé toute la nuit. Et les rideaux me caches rien pour l obscurité.. Une poubellede salle de bain serait la bien venue. Autrement très jolie plages.

Appartement très bien situé, proche de la plage, du port et des commerces, parking gratuit à 500m, fonctionnel, dispose de tous les équipements nécessaires. Seuls bémols, l’absence de volets et l’animation dans le quartier le soir en haute saison qui peuvent réduire significativement le temps de sommeil de ceux qui ont l’habitude de dormir dans le noir et le silence…

Séjour impeccable à Granville

Très bon séjour dans ce logement propre, bien équipé, bonne literie, bon chauffage, bonne isolation phonique entre les étages. La rue est assez circulante donc un peu de bruit mais on est en plein hyper-centre, on ne peut pas avoir le beurre et l’argent du beurre… Granville hors carnaval est une ville hypercalme. Procédure d’arrivée sans jamais voir le propriétaire mais ça roule.

Appartement propre bien placé mais très bruyant

L'appartement était propre et bien équipé (rien à redire). La procédure d'arrivée simple mais nous n'avons vu personne. L'appartement est bien placé et nous avons pu visiter Granville sans utiliser notre voiture. Le parking gratuit est situé à environ 100 m. de l'appartement (il faudrait le préciser dans le descriptif) et cela présente quelques difficultés pour décharger et charger les bagages. En revanche l'appartement est très bruyant avec le passage des voitures, camions et bus. Difficile de dormir sans boules quies et on est reveillé de bonne heure le matin....
