Welcome to Sesmarias dos Nobres, a peaceful retreat set on a 63-hectare nature reserve in Azinheira dos Barros, just 80 minutes from Lisbon and 20 minutes from Melides. Perfect for families, friends, nature lovers, retreats, and celebrations, this historic estate invites you to relax, recharge, and enjoy the beauty of the Alentejo countryside.

Originally built in 1699, the estate blends historic character with modern amenities. It offers 240 m² of living space for up to 20 guests, featuring 4 en-suite bedrooms, 2 family suites with shared bathrooms, air conditioning in all rooms, private outdoor terraces, a fully equipped kitchen, and a cozy living room with a fireplace.

The garden features a 10 m x 4 m pool, 16 loungers, a pergola, a large bar area, BBQ, brick oven, and a terrace with lounge seating—perfect for gatherings, stargazing, or relaxing evenings.
