The food was barely warm, attendant was too busy on her phone. No room cleaning done. There were not enough towels, requested more, was told they would put more in the room. That did not happen. Front desk staff were very pleasant to deal with. Will think very hard before stayjng at a Travel Lodge again.

The front staff was great, she was polite and kind. We arrived at our room and the thermostat was set to 90F so it was cooking. Highway was noisy. Bed was ok, pillows are large. The shower was clean but tap leaked, the towels however were very cozy, clean and soft. The shampoo is basic no conditioner. Its an ok budget hotel, overpriced in my opinion.

This place is old and in need of updating all of the rooms I would suggest taking a unit on the lower level, because b People smoke down below and it rises. They also have the unit labelled smoking, Non smoking,smoking , non smoking, in my opinion should not be any smoking, or one section smoking only on hopper level With balcony as smoke rises, my son and I have severe allergies, the wonderful lady working to infront allowed us to switch rooms and suggested a lower level unit. These rooms are very date and the lock barely worked. The room was clean, the staff pleasant and I believed it was advertised that they were starting renovations.

Check-in was fast and easy. We requested a room on the ground floor so we could park our motorcycles in front of our rooms. Unfortunately, there were pick-up trucks already parked in front of our rooms and the guys were outside smoking and drinking. Other than that we had a quiet night until they started their trucks early in the morning. It would be nice if they parked in front of their own rooms and if they smoked further away from other people's rooms.

The Horizon Inn is in need of some serious repairs and updating. It was clean but given the age of the building, the furniture, the weedy and gravelly grounds, gaps in the curtains and door (light comes through) it gives a first impression that it’s dirty and unsafe. Musty smell walking into the room. The toilet had a leak and ran (to fill the tank) every 10-20 min all night long!! The restaurant food was a nice surprise. We got $20 coupons for dinner and free breakfast. The building looks rough on the outside but it was better and clean inside. The food was delicious. Service was great.
